slow news day (by: brandi)

so nothing super exciting happened yesterday or today. i went on an adventure yesterday to the wal-mart in Poughkeepsie (pronounced pa-kip-see). its about 45 miles south. and it started to rain right as i got there. big huge raindrops, so i missed my exit and took the next one which took me over a bridge over the Hudson river with nowhere to turn around. so i just went back to Kingston and took the bridge back here.

today i went to the wal-mart in Catskill. and i made it there. it was a nice one. i was looking for a present, and i found it.

so because there are no pictures of my wal-mart trips, i will post some pictures of places that i haven't posted yet.

this is a well on campus. i guess it used to work. it says:
"Margaret's Well Erected in AD 1885
In Memory of Margaret Johnston Bard
'I was thirsty and ye gave me drink'"

Del's Dairy Creme. It has fried food and ice cream.
We ate here Sunday for lunch.

This is the "oldest Inn in the U.S."
It is in Rhinebeck. It is called The Beekman Arms.

This used to be a church in Rhinebeck,
now it is an moderately expensive restaurant.

This is a bike on campus that looked like it has been ridden a lot
